We don't expect you to be a Swiss-Army knife - just handy, mechanically-inclined, detail-oriented, and excited to learn what you don't yet know. If you think you have what it takes and just need to pick up a few new skills, we want to talk to you.

You might be mechanically-inclined if you enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together, either to fix them or just to see how things work. However, if the thought of using tools scares you, this position isn't for you.

About This Position

  • Hours: This is a full-time position
  • When: Starting in September 2020
  • Where: On-site at our beautiful mobile home and RV park in Farmington, New Mexico. 
  • What: You'll be doing a wide-variety of repair, maintenance, landscaping, and light construction work in the park and in park-owned homes requiring the use of hand tools, power tools, and the occasional use of ladders.
