About This Position
- Hours: This is a full-time position
- When: Starting in September 2020
- Where: On-site at our beautiful mobile home and RV park in Farmington, New Mexico.
- What: You'll be doing a wide-variety of repair, maintenance, landscaping, and light construction work in the park and in park-owned homes requiring the use of hand tools, power tools, and the occasional use of ladders.

What's the hourly pay rate?
Hourly pay is based on experience and performance and starts at $11.00/hour. We conduct regular performance reviews to determine eligibility for increases in pay.
Can I do this job from anywhere?
No, this job requires you to be on-location in Farmington, New Mexico during normal working hours and occasionally after-hours in the event of time-critical maintenance issue.
What kind of experience is required?
While we are looking for candidates who have experience doing maintenance, painting, light carpentry and construction, plumbing, and light electrical work, we are open to individuals who are committed to learning new skills.
Are there any physical requirements?
Yes, this job requires climbing up and down ladders, working on the roofs of homes, operating machinery and vehicles, lifting and occasionally carrying moderately heavy items, working with power tools, etc.
What are the hours required for this job?
We're open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and expect you to be on-site during those hours (breaks excluded). There may be some occasional after-hours work depending on the season and/or emergency situations.
Do you require permission to run a background check?
Yes, this position requires interacting with residents in our community on a regular basis and employees are required to pass the same background checks our tenants are required to pass.
