The park is first rate, and so are the people who run it! We pulled into the Sundowner with our little trailer in complete disarray after tangling with a bad road. Even though they were full, the folks here found room for us, and went out of their way to get us into the spot quickly so that we could make repairs.

Upon arrival in Farmington, we checked into another RV park (not Sundowner). We were unsure of our length of stay and had decided that our 32 foot RV would be better than renting. We were put in a space hardly as long as the RV in full summer sunlight. The space in which we parked the car left no room to sit outside or use the outdoor kitchen. We were given no other option…
We came to Sundowner and were told to choose from several spaces that were shaded, had ample space to park and use the concrete patio and were no more, likely less-expensive.
We have found the management to be delightful, wonderfully cooperative and easy to work with, the neighbors friendly and cordial and the facilities and location very convenient. I would unequivocally recommend this park for short or longer stays.
