If you fancy a game of cards, pull up a seat next to the fireplace at the card table.  If board games are more your style, grab a game from the cabinet and pull up a chair.

Grand Opening Hours

The laundromat and gym are open 24 hours per day, for park residents and RV guests, with your individual access code.  Stop by the office Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 12 PM / 1PM - 5 PM and we will provide you with your access code.

During our grand opening, the clubhouse's lounge and game room will be open Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 12 PM / 1PM - 5 PM as we train our staff to cover additional hours. 

At Sundowner, you'll enjoy a full laundromat complete with commercial Maytag washing machines, high-capacity dryers, and a full folding table.  

While you do your laundry, relax in the laundromat lounge where you can read or watch television, or workout at our gym (which is just a few feet away).

When you stay at Sundowner, you'll be able to skip the costly gym membership.

Unlike other parks that offer one or two treadmills and a stationary bike, at Sundowner, you'll enjoy a full gym open 24 hours a day including free weights and workouts machines.
